If you take a look at the background in this one, you can see a little drama unfolding. Those dudes back there are from different clubs, who compete in different events throughout Engineering Week. I don't think the competition has ever escalated as far as I made it, but that was the point. Ever since this strip, I tried to include little background jokes. And yes, Guitar Guy is a caricature of yet another friend of mine.
