As part of the Frog Saga, I introduce a new character, the Hemp Fairy. I am aware that hemp is not specifically marijuana, but "Hemp Fairy" rolls off the tongue so easily, I decided to stick with it. That, and it's also a bit of a tribute to Space Moose, who first came up with the term.
